Return Policy fro Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We are committed to ensuring you receive a quality product, and we will gladly accept returns for items that arrive damaged. 

 

Report the damage:

Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order, either by email or through our website's contact form, and provide details of the damage.

 

Provide proof of damage:

You may be asked to provide photos or other evidence of the damage to facilitate the return process.

 

Return the item:

We will provide instructions on how to return the damaged item, including whether you need to use a specific shipping label or carrier.

 

Choose your resolution:

You can choose between a full refund for the damaged item or a replacement with a new, undamaged item.

 

Return shipping costs:

In the case of damaged items, we will cover the cost of return shipping. We will either provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse you for the shipping costs. 

 

Important Notes:

  • Damaged items must be returned in their original packaging, if possible.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the damage is deemed to be a result of misuse or improper handling.
